Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only issued if there is an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges for any order once it has been placed.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

Orders flagged as high risk for fraud may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
